Lock & Love

This Project was built in less than 42 hours as part of a School Game Jam with the theme, Guns that dont shoot bullets! With the help of a classmate of mine Keigan Macneil who handled alot of the gathering of the animations, Main Menu Setup, setting up pathfinding aswell as other tasks. I setup the gameplay loop logic aswell as a few other aspects such as win/lose conditions, level Building, UI managment and some model Tweaking and animation setups.

Your job as cupid is to save this terrible date from happening by making the target be a better person by shooting them with your love rifle. However you lost all your info of your target from the night before out drinking with the easter bunny. With your date tracker you get live feedback (hints) from the targets date, that tells you roughly what they're doing wrong! Save the date before time runs out!~ Be careful though you only get 1 SHOT!

Game Mechanics/Tutorial  : 

Lock & Love is very similar to a game many of you know as Spy Party, although this is a simpler dumbed down singleplayer version, all of the potential targets have a bunch of tasks( Tasks are Getting up from the table to talk to another table, "saying" certain emotions or plain animations), they will randomly select Tasks from the pool and preform them. The target is different, they only preform 3 sets of task pools repeatadly, the hints that come in from your date tracker let you know what the other person is doing and vaguely which pool of actions they are doing, each hint corelates to a different one of the actions. You can marke people as suspicious by slecting them and highlighting with 2 different colors (Yellow and Green) as well as remove the highlight to help Keep track of whats happening, zoom with right click, move with A/D and click the date tracker in the top right to find out what is happening in the date!

I own basically no assets in this entire project, this project will NOT be worked on and is honestly a buggy mess! It was for a game jam project for fun and will not be changed. further. Also There is currently a bug that shrinks some of the dates, again will NOT be fixed, there are lots of bugs, Im pretty sure the sound settings dont even work!
